Customer Small Language Model

For every customer, EPHY will create a company specific small language model, which will be augmented with needed content from the EPHY LLM. This company specific SML will be used to 
Create and deploy customer specific tone, rules, skills, and processes for the companies that they support. 
EPHY generates, launches, and sustains knowledge, programs, and policies autonomously, eliminating the heavy manual effort traditionally required.
Answer and/or action employee questions on those programs and policies.

Paid Data: Information that requires payment for its use and is shared with EPHY's customers, such as job data.
Community: Content created by EPHY’s community of experts that will deliver additional value to EPHY customers.

Our language models are designed to process and analyze data exclusively exclusively related to PEOs/ASOs/EORs, Insurance Brokers, and Health / Benefit companies. The models are not utilized for purposes beyond the scope of their intended use.
